The building consists of 5 residential floors connected by a hydraulic lift and stairs. On the ground floor are swimming pool, fitness, sauna, solarium, rooms for massage and relax, snack-bar with outdoor terrace, indoor and outdoor barbeque., children nook and parking area. Each of the apartments has a fire alarm system, security system, cable TV and internet. The central heating system guarantees you constant hot water, cosines and comfort.

The Yeti complex is named after the Yeti itself so you can imagine how big massive and cozy it is. For the building our company has used only latest of building techniques in building progress. The facade is stone lining with a lot of wooden elements to make it more secure and warm. Yeti complex is situated just below the mountain where you have magnificent view of the slopes and the hills cornering Bansko and is waterproof and thermal proof isolation to keep the warm climate in your apartment till you return form skiing. You can choose from 32 one bed apartments and 4 studios all fully furnished living rooms and bedrooms and bathrooms with bathtubs or shower cubicles. For your most pleasant stay in the communal parts we have a swimming pool, fitness, steam spa and massage room so you can relax all day long and for the skiers and snowboarders there is a ski room. The Yeti restaurant is where you can have a good time trying some excellent meals while having fun with your friends.

The beautiful panoramic view gives you the chance to see simultaneously the three surrounding mountains – Pirin, Rila and Rodopi.

Nearly are located Bansko’s historic sites, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, and various taverns. The ski lift is about 750m away. The hotels Tanne, Perun, Leon, Manastirite are just around the corner.

Yeti’s luxurious hotel type allows you to let out apartments and studios for the whole year. The annuity is ~8%-12% of the investment.

The building will be managed by Dani-7 Ltd. (organizationally, technically and administratively). The annual fee will be 9€/m2

The development of a golf course, a sports centre and an airport, a bobsleigh track, a skating track and other ski sport facilities is to begin in April. The town of Bansko is a candidate for European Biatlon Championship hosting and a candidate for Olympic winter games - 2014.

The construction of the Sofia-Athens Highway started in 2003. There are plans for improvement of the road network to the town of Bansko.

The town is a quiet place, a renown tourist center with well-developed ski and rural tourism.
